Since all of our pieces are made to order, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case you receive a product with any manufacturing defect, you must email us within 5 days of receiving the product along with images.
You will be required to ship back the product to 27-A, Rowland Road, Chandrashekhar 2, Kolkata-700020. You are requested to use only reliable shipping service. The product must be sent back in its original form, all pieces together and with all the tags intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will thereafter replace the product as soon as possible. Kindly note that the return shipping charges will be borne by you.
